About This Module
In this module we will share a variety of coping exercises we use in-person and online workshops. These exercises cover a range of coping approaches because different approaches resonate with different people.
When grieving, it can be a good idea to think about coping tools that have helped in the past. With that being said, grief is so distressing it can make anyone feel ill-equipped! So people often find they need to find new or additional coping tools to address the range of challenges they face in life after loss.
This module aims to introduce you to coping that connects with practical, creative, and emotional complexities of grief and grieving people. If a particular coping exercise appeals to you - we hope you will take the next steps to explore it further. If not, that is helpful information as well.
PLEASE NOTE: This module should be used as a supplement to mental health coping that takes place offline. It should never take the place of the support and guidance of a therapist or other medical professional.
